Terms of service

1. Subject
These terms govern use of Quote Bench Pro (the “service”) — a web application that builds priced quotes for construction and trade firms. From a typed or dictated job description, the service assembles an itemised breakdown using the price list configured by the customer and prepares a quote for sending. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Provider
The service is provided by Quote Bench Pro s. r. o., seated in Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@quotebenchpro.com. Company registration details will be added before commercial launch.
3. Account and registration
Using the service requires an account. Accounts are managed via the identity provider Clerk. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity under your account.
4. Pricing and payment
Current plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) and prices are listed on the landing page. Prices are in CZK exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless the customer cancels in writing.
5. Service description
The service turns a job description into structured inputs, calculates material and labour using the rates and price list configured by the customer, and prepares a priced quote including a PDF document. No quote leaves the system without the customer’s explicit approval. All calculations are deterministic and recorded in an audit log.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The provider is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of service output — the customer remains responsible for the content and pricing of issued quotes. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at the annual subscription fee.
7. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy and the data processing addendum.
8. Termination
Customers may terminate at any time via the service UI. On termination, a one-time export of all data (quotes, customers, price lists, audit log) is made available in open formats. Data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Changes to these terms will be announced 30 days in advance via email to the registered address.
