Where do the prices in a quote come from?
From your price list. You set materials, labour rates, and a default margin in the app — sensible starter values get you going on day one. AI never touches the numbers.
What if the quote isn’t right?
Everything is editable — line items, quantities, prices, margin. The quote is a working document; it goes to the customer only once you are happy with it.
Is it only for paving?
For now, yes — paving is the first trade with dedicated calculation templates. Concrete slabs and earthworks are next on the list; tell us which trade we should add for you.
Will it contact my customers on its own?
No. A quote leaves only when you approve and send it yourself. No automatic emails to your customers.
Where is my data, and can I leave?
In the EU — the database in Frankfurt, files in EU storage. Every firm is isolated at the database layer. A one-click export of all your data is available at any time.
Does it speak Czech?
Yes. The interface and the quotes work in both English and Czech — you choose the output language to match your customer, with metric or imperial units.
